WHAT THEY WILL LEARN

  • Sing and play new instruments as part of a community group, exploring song themes, whilst being given information, support and guidance
  • Explore their bodies through movement and multi-sensory resources
  • Engage in a final performance
  • Experience voice, sound and genres
  • Build confidence and community spirit within the room
  • Suggest their favourite songs and explore creative learning

WHAT THEY WILL DO

  • ‘Sing’ to or ‘play’ and enjoy songs in their own personal way
  • Create and “perform” movements and actions that are tailored to their own access needs
  • Perform to an audience in a way that is meaningful to the group
  • Create and explore different singing sounds
